Scan and Categorize
I use this Shortcut to scan and archive documents
Description
I add a unique number to each document I am receiving on paper and that I need to keep. I then scan it with this shortcut.
The shortcut saves the file with the current date and appropriate category in a certain iCloud folder and also adds some basic information about the document in a text file to make it easier to find.
I then archive the paper version of the document in a folder in the order of the numbers I added in the first place.
