Hmm. Not sure what’s wrong to be honest. It works for me. I guess just make sure the redirect uri is added to your app and make sure it’s http not https

I made a quick shortcut in order to get the refresh key. It works for me and you could also use it to debug any issues. The scopes you want to use are playlist-modify-private and playlist-modify-public. https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/c5ebe80157064a95a620e2eb813b176a
