A shortcut that makes your phone charge faster without missing calls or some notifications (Part 1).

Description

This shortcut disables some functions like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, to the phone charges faster.

Settings: To configure the shortcut, you need to create an automation in the Shortcuts app, in the Automations menu, create an automation to run on a personal iPhone or iPad, then click on Loader automation, and then click on when the iPhone is plugged in, then in next and click add action, search for action of "Run shortcut" and make to run shortcut "Intelligent Charging (On) and then click next and disable "Ask when executing".

For this shortcut to work better we recommend installing our shortcut "Intelligent Charging (Off).

I think you have a mistake when writing this shortcut. I read the code of this shortcut. It says when the brightness is less than 10, then turn the brightness to 10%. So if my brightness is 100%, it will not turn my brightness to 10% (hence it does not save more battery when charging). The brightness which is less than 10% is already extremely low, so increasing it to 10% (another low-level brightness) not only doesn’t increase visibility but also costs more battery.

In short, you should change “if current brightness is less than 10%, set brightness to 10%” to “if current brightness is more than 10%, turn brightness to 10%” so that it can reduce the brightness to save battery which helps charge the phone faster. Edit: the correct code should be “ “If current brightness is greater than 0,1 - set brightness to 10%”.

I have some knowledge about creating shortcut so I want to correct your code. In shortcut, the brightness level and their respective values are 5% (0,05), 10% (0,1), 15% (0,15), 44% (0,44), 68% (0,68), 100% (1). So if you want to the shortcut to set the brightness to 10% if the current brightness is more than 10%, you should write the code like this “If current brightness is greater than 0,1 - set brightness to 10%”

In conclusion, you should change the code “if brightness is less than 10 - set brightness to 10%” to “if the brightness is greater than 0,1 - set brightness to 10%”
