Sorry to hear that! Is it when you click it, it just does not run? If so, go to the file app > shortcuts > and select the "yourvirtualpet" folder and delete it and then it should work. If it does not work, try deleting the shortcut, and reinstalling it. Sorry to hear that it does not work!
