I've created a new shortcut that automatically translates your contacts and adds the translated name as a note to each shortcut. This way, you can easily search for your contacts using their translated names in your preferred language.

This shortcut requires access to large amounts of data. To enable these shortcuts, you must turn on a special setting. On your iOS or iPadOS device, go to Settings > Shortcuts > Advanced. Turn on Allow Sharing Large Amounts of Data.
