This is an all-in-one version. If you just want to have file import for YNAB, this is all you need.

Setup

• Download this Shortcut
• Download Pythonista
• Get an API Token for your YNAB Account (more info here) and paste it in the Shortcut during setup
• Export a CSV or QIF file with a handful of transactions. Pass the file to the YNAB file import example shortcut and check if it worked correctly.

You reference the YNAB account to import the file into in the YNAB file import Example Shortcut by name, so these names have to be unique and spelled the same way.

If you switch to another budget or make changes to the bank accounts (renaming, adding a new one, ...) you need to delete the ynab-config.json file inside Pythonista (should be under "This iPhone").
