You can try this url: "prefs:root=General&path=ManagedConfigurationList/DNS". Or if your idea is to get to "Settings > Wi-Fi > "name_of_my_wi-fi" > Configure DNS" the closest position I know is main Wi-Fi settings page. In that case you can try url: "prefs:root=WIFI"
