The tip calculators I have seen in shortcuts calculates the tip on the total bill after tax, tipping the tax as well. I’ve created this so that the tip is calculated on the amount before taxes. I used the local tax rate of 13% here for Ontario Canada but you can change the tax rate to suit your local rate easily.
