I find this a valuable tool for me. I have one question, though: How I can improve this a little bit for my own purpose. I thought it would be easy to add a single line and create a one-time alarm when the do not disturb time is over. I had no succes however, and I can't figure out how to do it properly.

I build this one month ago Today with ios 14 coming out I prefer using a list for chosing it, instead of an vcf. The list has only one line for text so you can’t see the time when it’s over. I look out for a better shortcut build. Wait for it.

in the meantime I managed to create a very short working shortcut which does what I wanted to achieve. It has 5 actions amd begins with creating a short list of minutes to choose from. Thanks for your reply!
