Get Variable Action

The Get Variable Action from iOS 12 can now be copied into iOS 14 shortcuts thanks to this shortcut. I hope you find it useful.

Love it! I saved a copy of Get Var to ActionCuts when I first began writing shortcuts a year ago. Eventually I found the parameter within the app folder and changed the action back to discoverable. Now it sits near the top of my favorites list. (( DO NOT manually edit the favorite actions preferences plist — of any preference file in Shortcuts, it should be easy to edit, but if you move just one action from its existing spot. Shortcuts becomes wildly unstable. ))

The point of it is that now you are able to copy this action and use it in your own shortcuts. This is a snippet shortcut
