This shortcut can’t be installed on iOS 12 as shortcuts app doesn’t allow iOS 13/14 shortcuts.

If you have an iOS 12 device just put the same actions on the iOS 14 one and create the iCloud link there, otherwise you can use ScPL

I am so sorry but I cannot export the shortcut into ScPL. Can you please help? (I think ScPL has a problem exporting)

ScPL unfortunately only works on iOS 12 devices to my knowledge, so you can't use it. If you have an old device though running iOS 9-11, you might be able to download Workflow, and from there not only make it iOS 12 compatible but iOS 9/10/11 as well. If not though, you're basically screwed in terms of supporting iOS 12, sorry :(

You can't import a 13/14 shortcut to ScPL, you need to write it from the ground.
