If you want turn off/on WiFi and Bluetooth this shortcut is the answer , but for more easy : add this shortcut , go to settings > accessibility > touch > back tap > double tap > then choose this shortcut , now if you double tap in back you turn off/on WiFi and Bluetooth ;)
