Wim Hof Timer
If you know what a Wim Hof breath exercise is, but you haven’t seen how well you can do it yourself almost everyone is astonished to learn that it’s surprisingly easy to do.
Follow along with the introduction walkthrough meditation. As long as you don’t have COPD, —you can totally make that 90 second empty relaxation—, and you will get far closer than you suspect.
Shortcut opens a relaxing themed background, with cyclic, soft notifications counting your breaths, and at the end opens the timer for 90 seconds.
Code design is ugly. Was unstable, so removed “Pick your own background”. That’s gotta get back in.
