Pretty nice, it works well. I have two things of criticism though, you should be able to change the name of the “app”, and you should have a guide to download the configuration profile for people who don’t know how.

i know about app name but i was trying to make it easier, so app name should be fetched from website. and secondly - isn't sometimes system/safari saying how to do it?

First it will say “This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?”. Than after you allow it: “Review the profile in the settings app if you want to install it”. People may be able to figure the rest out but it could speed up the process if you explained it (even in a comment).
1: Navigate the shortcut to select your URL and image icon
2: In safari click “Allow”. This will...
3: Go into the Settings app and near the top you should see...
4: Etc...

I do not like to install profiles because I do not know what is in the codes as I can not code myself or read the codes. had remote control suport by Apple once when I had problems with iPhone and they said that profiles are not boe wise to install

Edit: no more shortcuts - i logged out of icloud and for my account security
( i rejaikbreaked my ipad) i can login. It means - theoretically i can but my accound’d be lost. Creating links to shortcuts require icloud login, so sorry. NO MORE SHORTCUTS FROM ME. Btw - on my facebook are some more shortcuts but for the now they’re not translated to english. If you want - you can test (fb profile in my profile). Bye
